Using speed and precision, athletes will strike a ball using a paddle in an attempt to make it more difficult for their opponent to return the ball. Athletes will use different types of spins on the ball so they can use all areas of the table and to keep their opponents off balance. Table Tennis requires a great sense of accuracy and hand eye coordination.
